The minimalist house opens up to the landscape of the golf course, visible through its transparency from the entrance. In the interior design, all furniture has been custom-designed and a color concept has been developed for all spaces. The participation of a local artist who creates installations with recycled iron for the design of lighting objects, decorations, and furniture has also been included. 
The exterior design includes native gardening to promote environmental sustainability, conservation, and the attraction of local native species.
